General rules

  2. 1.2

    By starting to play on our servers, you automatically agree to these rules.

  3. 1.3

    Senior administration may punish a player for a reason that isn’t listed in these rules.

  4. 1.4

    Money spent on paid services is not refunded.

  5. 1.5

    The administration isn’t responsible for in-game valuables lost because the server or its plugins stopped working properly.

  6. 1.6

    Players must follow all the rules.

  7. 1.7

    The administration may change these rules without notifying players.

Gameplay rules

    Lying to the administration is prohibited.

    Using or keeping cheats and other client modifications that give you an advantage over other players.

    If a player admits to using or keeping cheats during a cheat check, the punishment is shorter.

    Selling in-game valuables to players or buying them from players for real money is prohibited.
    — Seller: 30-day ban (possibly the project blacklist), all in-game valuables taken; a repeat offense means every donor rank removed and every account banned.
    — Buyer: 30-day ban, the bought valuables taken; a repeat offense means the donor rank removed and a permanent ban.

    Helping or hiding a rule breaker, or assisting their wrongdoing in any way, is prohibited.

    Only senior administration can give this punishment.

Account

    Your nickname must not contain:
    — a direct insult to anyone or anything (swearing in nicknames is allowed);
    — a resemblance to the names of other projects, cheat clients, or YouTube and TikTok channels that film cheats;
    — digits with underscores, like 123_123_123 (banned only by an administration decision);

    Donors get their rank moved to a new account.

Chat rules

    Caps, spam and flooding are prohibited in every chat.

    Humiliating, insulting or threatening players is prohibited.

    Advertising social media is prohibited (Discord servers, Telegram channels, VK groups, YouTube channels and so on).

    Getting around a chat block in any way is prohibited.

    Admitting that you broke the rules is grounds for a ban.

    Promoting playing with cheats, trying to sell or give away cheats and so on is prohibited.

    All chat rules apply to voice chat too. Soundpad and similar things are allowed, as long as you don’t break the chat rules. Violations are punished, and punishments now apply to every chat.

Cheat check rules

  1. 5.1

    You must do what the checker asks.

    Important: a check is only for finding cheats, banned mods, programs and other prohibited software. If the checker asks you to do things that make no sense for a check, like turning on your webcam, “crowing like a rooster” or giving them resources, leave the check and tell the administration right away.

  2. 5.2

    Checks are run only by trusted staff members. Any check you are called to is official, and you must go through it.

  3. 5.3

    Any checker may call anyone to a check at any time, with no reason or proof needed. The reason is always the same: “suspected use of third-party software”.

  4. 5.4

    Watch the chat during a check. If you miss or ignore the checker’s message, they may ban you for ignoring instructions during an official check, and that won’t count as a reason to unban you.

  5. 5.5

    If something unexpected comes up, you must tell the checker.

  6. 5.6

    Obstructing a check is prohibited: opening folders slowly, asking irrelevant questions, insulting or humiliating the checker, ignoring instructions and so on.

  7. 5.7

    During a check you may not delete any files from your PC, including emptying the recycle bin.

  8. 5.8

    During a check you may not quit Minecraft. “My game crashed” or “I was AFK” don’t count as reasons to unban you.

  9. 5.9

    All checks are done through AnyDesk only, because Discord is blocked in Russia. We’re watching the situation and may bring checks back to Discord if we think it’s needed, but for now it’s AnyDesk only.

Rules for donors and staff

  1. 6.1

    Unmuting yourself when the mute was correct is prohibited.

    Banning or muting players with a wrong reason is prohibited. “Test” counts as a wrong reason too, though you may ban or mute yourself with the reason “test”.

    Banning or muting players for the wrong length of time is prohibited. For example, flooding gets a 15-minute mute and you mute for 1 hour.

    Buying an unban gives no immunity: if you were banned for cheats, a checker may call you to a check right after you buy the unban. BUT nobody may ban you again using the evidence from your previous ban.

    Staff (from trainee to owner) must trade honestly, and cheating players is prohibited. For example, a staff member can be your guarantor when you want to buy a donor rank for in-game currency.
